kelsey figone

Kelsey is a PhD student in Economics at UCLA, interested in public, labor, and urban economics. She has worked with Martha Bailey (UCLA), Jacob Vigdor (UW), and C. Leigh Anderson (UW), and in a previous life managed international development projects in Washington, DC. She has an MPA from the University of Washington and a BA in Humanities from Scripps College. Kelsey uses the lens of economics to evaluate public policies and is passionate about interdisciplinary research.
